Refund policy
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your digital book file to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your file must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions to process your digital return or refund. Please note that any digital product returned or requested without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your digital purchase immediately after receiving your download link or file. If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or you receive the wrong digital product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a solution.
Exchanges
Because ebooks and other digital files cannot be returned once delivered, exchanges are not available.
If you received the wrong file or a defective download, we will resend or replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Once we review and approve your request, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
